Payment & Pick-Up Information

Please read the following payment and pick-up/shipping information:

 

Payment Information:

All invoices must be paid between Tuesday, October 18, 2022 - Friday, October 21, 2022 and arrangements must be made for any items that have not been picked up. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) please contact us at (506) 642-9004 to pay the outstanding invoice and arrange for an alternative pickup date. 

 

LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 1.5% PENALTY PER MONTH CHARGED AFTER THE DUE DATE.

 

Purchased items must be picked up or arrangement made for pickup and payment within 7 days. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5.00 per day will be charged

[Payment Options]:

All payments are in Canadian dollars. Forms of acceptable payment are: cash, cheque (w/ photo ID), Visa, Mastercard or E-Transfer.  We do not accept American Express.

 

If you are paying via credit card, you must call the gallery at (506) 642-9004 to pay. We did not ask for any credit card information to register for our auction and cannot process this form of request.

 

If you are paying by e-transfer, send it to mariobrideau@yahoo.com. It has auto-deposit enabled.

[In-person pick ups]:

Items can be picked up between 9AM - 4PM AST starting Tuesday Oct 18 at the Citadel Gallery (162 Charlotte St. Uptown Saint John,NB) until Sat October 22 between 10 AM - Noon, unless an alternative pick-up date has been discussed for a paid invoice.

 

Please bring your own packing material (bags, paper, boxes) as this is not provided by us.

[Shipping For Out of Province/Country items]:

To arrange for shipping, respond to your invoice email with:

- The shipping address you would like your lot(s) shipped to.

- Your preferred method of contact for your shipping quote (email, or call).

 

Your invoice MUST be paid prior to a shipment quote being provided. This is a two part process. There will be a fee for packaging and shipping.

 

*** Note: Invoices are placed in the shipping queue in the order that they are paid. We begin packaging items for shipping starting the week of October 24, 2022.  As soon as your items are packaged, we will contact you via your preferred method with your shipping fee. If you have not heard from us, it means we have not yet reached your position in the shipping queue. ***
