Payment & Pick-Up Information

Congratulations on being a successful bidder! Please read the following payment and pick-up/shipping information carefully:


Payment Information:

All invoices must be paid between Tuesday, May 17, 2022 - Friday, May 20, 2022 and arrangements must be made for any items that have not been picked up. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) please contact us to pay the outstanding invoice and arrange for an alternative pickup date. 




All payments are in Canadian dollars. Forms of acceptable payment are: cash, cheque (w/ photo ID), Visa, Mastercard or E-Transfer. We no longer accept American Express.

In-person pick ups:

Starting on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 items will be available for pickup at the Citadel Gallery, 162 Charlotte St., (Uptown) Saint John, N.B. with payment made in full. Items can be picked up between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM AST Tuesday to Friday and on Saturday, May 21, 2022 between 10:00 AM to Noon.


Please bring your own packing material (bags, paper, boxes) as this is not provided by us.

Shipping For Out of Province/Country items:

To arrange for shipping, please respond to your invoice email with the shipping address you would like your lot(s) shipped to. Your invoice MUST be paid prior to a shipment quote being provided. This is a two part  proccess. There will be a fee for packaging and shipping. 



Payment options:

If you are paying via credit card, you must call the gallery at (506) 642-9004 to pay. We did not ask for any credit card information to register for our auction and cannot process this form of request, even if you entered your credit card information when creating your Hibid account. We apologize for any inconvinience this may cause, however we are not able to access this information from your profile.


If you are paying by e-transfer, please send it to It has auto deposit enabled.
